Healing the Whole of You
Everything in this series has been pointing here: to wholeness. Every facilitation I have described — the reweavings, the activations, the expansions, the transmuting and transforming — serves the whole of you. But the whole of you contains multitudes, and Sacred Balance honors that too. This post gathers the parts of the method that meet you in your many-ness: the inner parts, the lineage you carry, the guidance that comes through, and the gentle practices that clear the way.
The inner parts of us
I work with the inner parts of us, as well as the whole. The inner children — the ones who concluded things about safety and worth before they had words for either. The inner teens, who built protections that made sense at the time. And yes, even the inner adults: earlier versions of you from this very lifetime, still holding what they carried so you could keep going.
These parts don’t need to be fixed, and they certainly don’t need to be silenced. They need to be met. In my personal work with clients, I hold space for these parts to be witnessed, unburdened, and welcomed back into the whole — because balance is not the absence of parts; it is all of the parts, all welcomed home.
The Life-Stage Reweavings will carry this same care into recorded form: guided activations for each season of life — childhood, the teenage years, the adult years, and beyond — so what was formed in each season can be transformed and woven back into the whole.
And then there is the ego — the part of us that is so often misunderstood, so often blamed. The ego is not your enemy, and it never was. The Ego Chakra activation begins exactly there — transforming the learned belief that the ego is an enemy into the ego honored, integral, and loved as fully as any other part.
Taoist Ancestral Healing
We do not arrive in this life empty-handed. We carry lineage — gifts, and also burdens that traveled down the family line to reach us. When it is appropriate in my personal work with clients, I facilitate Taoist Ancestral Healing: a way of working with the ancestral line that brings healing to what has been carried through the generations, with honor for those who carried it before us. What is healed in the line is healed for more than one person. That is part of its beauty.
For anyone who feels the pull of their own line, The Ancestral Reweaving will offer that same honor as a recorded, guided activation — meeting what has traveled through the generations and reweaving it into support for you and your family line.
Channeled guidance, as it comes through
Guidance moves through my personal work with clients, though I do not offer channeled guidance on demand at this time. It comes through as it comes through: when it serves the session — when something is ready to come through for you, from the deepest level of who you are and from the Divine Healing Team — it arrives, and I have the honor of giving it voice. When it does not arrive, that is its own answer, and the work continues beautifully without it.
And sometimes — when it is supported — a loved one in Spirit will come forward. In those moments I have the profound honor of acting as medium for the interaction between you and them. I never promise this, and I never summon it. But when it happens, it is among the most sacred things I am permitted to be a part of.
The gentler practices
Woven through my personal work with clients are the smaller, gentler practices of Sacred Balance — smaller only in name:
Transforming energetic cords that bind where connection was never meant to bind.
Clearing and blessing parental cords — because the cord between parent and child is natural and important, meant for bonding, support, and love; that cord is never dissolved, but lovingly cleared and blessed.
Disentangling what has become woven together that was meant to stand free.
Un-enmeshing the places where one person’s field has grown into another’s.
Removing entities, gently and without fear or drama, so that what remains in your field is only what belongs there.
And helping loved ones and ancestors into the Light — one of the quietest and most beautiful facilitations there is.

That is Sacred Balance — a method of the New Earth, remembered and still unfolding, in service of your alignment with your Soul.
