Transmute & Transform: Energy, Beliefs, and the Work Within Every Activation
Every activation I facilitate begins in the same place, really — not with the activation itself, but with the ground beneath it. Before anything is expanded or activated, what no longer serves you is first illuminated, transmuted, and transformed.
This post is about that work: what those two words truly mean, how they move together within every activation, and how they reach all the way into the beliefs you carry.

Two words, two Lights
Transmutation and transformation are often used as though they mean the same thing. In this work, they are two distinct movements, each carried out in collaboration with its own Light.
Transmutation is facilitated in collaboration with Divine Light, which works closest to the level of the physical. Transmutation is the more abrupt change: energy that has been held one way — sometimes for a very long time — is changed, all at once (yet gradually), into something else entirely. The old alchemists had a word for turning lead into gold, and it was this one.
When I facilitate transmutations, it often feels like I’ve suddenly put on a weighted jacket, or have the flu coming on, or I receive a wave of emotion, and then the shift as it changes into new, aligned energy. It concludes when all feels light and open and empowered, with no further constriction or emotional residue shaking around.
Transformation is facilitated in collaboration with Divine Crystalline Light, which works at the level of the crystalline body — your “higher self”, who is inherently free of the old programming and distortions. Transformation is more of an evolution: an unfolding, the way a caterpillar becomes a butterfly. It supports us in moving into the full embodiment of Higher Spirit – our 5th dimensional self.
When I facilitate transformation work, tt often feels to me, more of an excited movement of energy at first, as if the Soul itself is saying “Yes! That’s it!” and I start to move very quickly as the energy begins to lift on its own. A transformation as I experience it from my side of things feels incredibly uplifting and empowering at its conclusion, as if the Soul is standing at the top of a mountain, hands held high in joy and celebration.
Neither Light is greater than the other, though. They are simply different strands of Source, both a frequency of unconditional love; they just reach different levels and layers.
Transmutation is the change. Transformation is the evolution. And within the activations, and my 1:1 work, you receive both.
One movement, not two steps
Transmutation is not unique to Sacred Balance, but in this work it doesn’t typically happen on its own. Within the activations, energy is transmuted and transformed together, at once — the change and the evolution in one movement, not two steps.
We gather all of an intended energy — or all of the energy held around a certain intention — that no longer serves you, at the Akashic level. All of it: the old fear, the old grief, the old contraction, wherever it lives in the field and however long it has been there. And rather than simply releasing that energy, Divine Light and Divine Crystalline Light change it, transmuting and transforming the entire gathering into energy that now fully supports you and your journey ahead.
This is a different proposition than the healing work many are used to. Nothing is cast out here. Nothing is lost. The energy is not released anywhere — it is transmuted and transformed right where it lives, into support for you. Even the energetic debris stirred up along the way is itself transmuted and transformed, into your own Divine Light and Divine Crystalline Light. Nothing is left empty: the very energy that once held you back becomes energy that can now hold you up. What was in the way becomes part of the way forward.
Woven into every activation
In every recorded activation, this work comes first. The recordings move through rounds of transmuting and transforming — each one meeting a different layer of what that chakra, meridian, or nadi has been holding — and only then move into expansion and activation.
There is a reason for that order. An activation asks the system to hold more Light, and a field crowded with old, unsupportive energy simply does not have the room yet. Transmuting and transforming make the room — and make it out of the very material that was taking up the space. The ground is cleared and strengthened first, so that what is activated can truly be sustained.
All beliefs are energy
The most empowering healing work must include work on the belief system, as our beliefs are the lens through which we see ourselves, each other, the world, and our relationship with Source. But here’s the thing: all beliefs are energy. Not all energy is belief energy — but every belief we hold is.
Our beliefs are not abstract opinions floating in the mind. They are held energy. A belief that no longer serves us does not just color our thinking; it holds real energy in a real pattern, and it shapes what we allow ourselves to receive.
So the beliefs are met in the very same movement. Wherever a belief is held within what a chakra, meridian, or nadi carries, it is gathered along with everything else — not argued with, analyzed, or forced — and transmuted and transformed into beliefs and energy that support who you actually are.
In the Perception Chakra activation, for example, the ancestral belief layers passed down through the line are transmuted and transformed into honor for what served, and clarity where the seeing had dimmed. In the Kundalini Chakra activation, outdated beliefs held where belief-energy extends into life force become aligned, true beliefs that extend cleanly into creation.
However the beliefs are met, the purpose is the same: the lens itself clears, and your beliefs come into alignment with the truth of your Soul rather than the conclusions of your hardest moments.
Returning to this work
It is not uncommon to come back to this work again and again. The human experience moves as a spiral, not a straight line: we clear, we activate, we expand — and then the spiral carries us back through familiar territory at a new depth, where something else is ready to be met, transmuted, and transformed. This is part of why this work is woven into every activation rather than set apart from it: each one meets you exactly where the spiral has brought you. Returning to this work is never going backward. It is the spiral doing exactly what a spiral does.
We were taught for so long to rank everything, but the ground-clearing work is not lesser work. The rounds of transmuting and transforming are not a warm-up for the “real” activation. Clearing, transmuting, and transforming are just as important, just as needed and necessary, as activating. Everything has its place, and it’s Divine Timing.
