Nothing to Hide: A Note About Being Seen in Your Healing

There is something I want you to know about the spaces we share.

Whether we are working together privately or you are participating in one of the group healing experiences, I want you to feel that you can meet your healing honestly, without shame or judgment.

I never judge you.

I am not keeping score of your progress or measuring how “evolved” you are. I am not comparing where you are today with where I think you should be.

I see you as a whole person, moving through your own unique journey.

And you don’t need to judge yourself, either.

Sometimes the ego comes forward. Sometimes an old reaction surprises you. Sometimes you notice something you didn’t expect.

You don’t need to be embarrassed by what you discover.

Awareness is not accusation.

Seeing something within yourself doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. It simply means you can see it now—and what we can see, we can meet with greater consciousness.

We can become curious.

We can understand what something may once have protected.

We can choose differently when we are ready.

And we can continue growing without making the version of ourselves who came before us wrong.

You choose what you share, always.

Most of healing offerings, outside of 1:1 sessions, take place in a group setting, and those group healings are recorded so that they can continue to serve people who experience them later, while I cocreate further offerings.

So it’s important to know, personal sharing is never required.

You are welcome to participate in whatever way feels right for you.

You may listen quietly, receive the work, reflect privately, or engage more openly with the group. There is no particular way you need to participate in order for the healing to be meaningful for you.

And if you do feel moved to share something personal, vulnerable, or real, I want you to know how deeply I honor that openness.

I never take it lightly.

If you’re on the group call, your willingness to let yourself be seen may also quietly help someone else.

Someone hearing your words may recognize an experience they thought was uniquely theirs.

They may feel less alone.

They may realize that they, too, are allowed to be human here.

You never need to share for that reason—but if you naturally do, your openness may become a beautiful gift to someone walking the same path, whether they are beside you in the present moment or experiencing the healing sometime later.

You don’t have to arrive in any certain state.

You don’t have to have the perfect words.

You don’t have to understand everything before you bring it into the work.

And if something feels difficult, slow, unclear, or unchanged, that is not a failure on your part. Nothing has gone wrong. Your experience is allowed to be exactly what it is today.

Your sovereignty remains yours throughout this entire journey.

You choose what you share, what you receive, what feels aligned, and what your next step is.

My role is to create supportive space around whatever may arise and to walk beside you with compassion, respect, and no judgment.

Whether you participate quietly or openly, you belong here.

And perhaps, over time, something beautiful will shift:

You become less interested in asking, “What’s wrong with me?”

and more interested in asking,

“What is here for me to understand?”

That is a beautiful place from which healing can unfold.

So, please—

let yourself be exactly where you are.

There is nothing you need to hide.

There is nothing you need to prove.

And there is nothing about being human that makes you less worthy of love, support, or healing.

You are invited to arrive exactly as you are.

And whether I am walking beside you privately or holding space for you within a group healing, it is an honor to be part of your journey.

With so much love, and every blessing on your journey —
Jordan
